excitement

it's hard to distinguish between commitment and the drive to overcome fear, at all costs. where does passion lie? it seeps out, blood red, viscous, combustible. it's present, it's everywhere, but what is its origin? what is the well it comes from? how does excitement ignite? what keeps it going? is it important to know? this, what looks like a disconnected puzzle, is perhaps a fluid trajectory of hope. hope that refuses to let it go.
